Unscannable CC labels
To exclude false or reused RFID labels, Royal FloraHolland has taken the following measures.

Royal FloraHolland supports the proper functioning of the CC pool with the measures described below.
Physical check for commercial flows
We check CC containers (via the clock and/or direct sales) at all our CC depots for the presence and validity of labels. Royal FloraHolland will replace the label if a CC container has an unscannable label. We will subsequently register this in the registration system stating the corresponding delivery form number. If the number of unscannable labels is too large, we may decide not to accept this batch of CC containers (or part of it) and return the CC containers to the respective user. According to policy, the unscannable labels on refused CC containers will be removed and confiscated. In that case, the unscannable label will not be registered in the transaction statement, as the CC containers will not be accepted for return.
Indirect check
Besides the physical check upon return, we will also apply an administrative check in relation to the return of unscannable labels. If this check reveals that returns or supply in commercial flows contain an excessive number of unscannable labels, we will contact the user with the request to take action to prevent this from happening again. If no response is forthcoming, or if the response is unsatisfactory, we will subtract the CC containers from the balance (by means of a depot collection statement). In that case, Royal FloraHolland will remove and confiscate the unscannable labels. We will then request the user to pick up the CC containers without labels.
Sending unscannable labels
All replaced and confiscated labels will be sent to Container Centralen in Hoofddorp for investigation. Container Centralen will take legal action against the offenders if deemed necessary.
Overview of CC containers and unscannable labels
You can find the registration of the balance of unscannable labels in three places:
- transaction receipt (upon return)
- transaction statement (weekly)
- Logistic Supplies Online (real time)
The balance of unscannable labels doesn't represent an actual number of CC containers but only shows the number of labels that have been replaced. The aim of this balance is to be able to determine the quantity of unscannable labels that have been supplied per grower number. If, in our opinion, too many unscannable labels have been handed in, Royal FloraHolland will contact the customer to take any necessary measures, as stated above under the header 'Indirect check'.
No invoice
In no event will we send an invoice for the replacement and/or removal of labels.
